Howard County Fair Schedule

The Howard County Fair Board is gearing up for Howard County Fair next month. The fair will start on September 4th through September 9th. There will also be live entertainment nightly starting at 6pm.

The Fair Schedule is as follows:

Monday, September 4, 2023
Howard County Fair Parade will be at 5pm on Main Street.
6:00 p.m. – All Livestock in place and weighed
7:00 p.m. – Mandatory Exhibitor Meeting

Tuesday, September 5, 2023
9:00 a.m. – Hog Show
1:00 p.m. – Hay Bales for Decorating in Place
4:00 p.m. – Beef Cattle Show

Wednesday, September 6, 2023
9:00 a.m. – Dairy Cattle Show
10:00 a.m. – Dairy Goat Show
4:00 p.m. – Meat Goat Show
6:00 p.m. – Sheep Show
7:00 p.m. – Hay Bales Decorated

Thursday, September 7, 2023
9:00 a.m. – Rabbit Judging
10:00 a.m. – Poultry Judging
6:00 p.m. – Livestock Pageant, Old Timer Show Following

Friday, September 8, 2023
9:00 a.m. – Premium Sale
11:00 a.m – Luncheon for Junior Exhibitor and Auction Buyers
7:30 p.m. – Ranch Rodeo

Saturday, September 9, 2023
5:00 p.m. – Dog Show
8:00 p.m. – Bronc Riding and Bull Riding
