Federal Lawmakers pass legislation concerning marijuana and tigers

With time winding down in the current federal legislative session, 4th District Congressman Bruce Westerman says he was disappointed at the level of work that took place last week by the nation’s lawmakers. Westerman said the major action dealt with legalizing marijuana and prohibiting the owning of a tiger:
