Scrappers Defeat Arkadelphia at District Tournament

The Nashville Scrappers used a 21-point third quarter to pull away in a close game and defeat Arkadelphia 55-42 in the first round of the 7-4A district tournament at Nashville on Tuesday, Feb 14.

Darius Hopkins led a balanced scoring attack for nashville with 15 points. Halon Finley followed with 11, and CJ Spencer’s finished with 10.

Preston Crowder led Arkadelphia with 13 points.

The Scrappers advance to the semifinals on Thursday where they’ll face Pulaski Robinson. Tipoff is set for 5:15.
