Nashville man arrested for criminal trepass

A Nashville man was recently arrested for Breaking or entering and Criminal Trespass. 

According to police records officers of the Nashville Police Department received a call from Contessa Hawkins who owned rental property on S Washington Street in Nashville. Hawkins reportedly informed officers that she was contacted by a friend and that her friend informed her that there was a light on at that residence. Hawkins also told officers that her last tenants had moved out around a month ago and no one was suppose to be living there. 

Officers then went to the residence and found suspect 59-year-old Perry Harris inside of the home. As reported, when asked, Harris told officers that he had permission to stay at the residence, but Hawkins denied giving him permission. Officers then arrested Harris and transported him to the Howard County Jail.
