Two Cuba natives have been arrested in southwest Arkansas Monday in connection with a credit card skimming operation. Nashville Police say they were notified this morning around 7:45 by store personnel at Road Mart of a pickup truck that was possibly involved in a skimming operation. Local authorities alerted area counties to be looking for the vehicle..and police say it was later spotted at a business in Hope. The two individuals were arrested at that time. They have been identified as 35 year old Jorge Cobas & 25 year old Frank Tajeda Rivaron. Both have been living in Houston, Texas.
Each will face counts of Breaking or Entering in Nashville..and were being held in Hempstead county on charges of Possession of a Forgery Device.
This is the 2nd time this year the skimming operation targeted Road Mart…as the store was also hit in February.
