Two Juveniles Arrested Following Residential Burglary

Two juveniles have been arrested in connection with a residential burglary that took place Friday night. Authorities say they were dispatched to a residence on Country Club Road. The homeowner, identified as Terry Ray, told police that he was asleep when his dog started barking and woke him up. Ray said he went to investigate and saw his kitchen door open. Reports say Ran ran outside and observed two black males getting into a vehicle..and as he went to his truck to follow them, he noticed the dome light was on inside his pickup. Ray, who serves as a Howard County Sheriff’s reserve deputy, notified police of the incident and began chasing the vehicle and communicating with police during the pursuit. Nashville officer Aaron Quick was able to stop the vehicle near Golf Links Road & Mission Drive. The two juveniles were taken into custody. The matter has been turned over to juvenile authorities.
