Regular season ends this week

The Nashville basketball teams will likely see a busy final week of the regular season, beginning today. Both squads have the planned conference games at home Tuesday against Hope and a road game Friday at Arkadelphia, before the post season district tournament starts next week at Arkadelphia. In addition to the pair of games already on the schedule, the Scrapperettes will play Malvern in a girls only game today. The game is having to be made up because of a Covid problem earlier this season with the Malvern girls team. The senior girls contest will be the only game played today, with a start time of 4:30 at Scrapper Arena. Both Nashville teams also have make up games against Bauxite. Those games were missed last Friday, when the Bauxite schools were out due to the winter storm. Athletic Director Bunch Nichols said the Bauxite games will either be Wednesday or Saturday in Nashville.
