Hot Springs woman facing felony sexual assault charges

A Hot Springs woman is facing felony charges for allegedly having sexual contact with a juvenile.  38 year old Michelle Lee Palmer has been charged in Pike County with felony counts including Second Degree Sexual Assault and Internet Stalking of a Child.  The charges against Palmer are the result of an investigation conducted late last year by the Crimes Against Children division of the Arkansas State Police and the Glenwood Police Department.  Prosecutors allege the sexual contact took place about 4 years ago.
