Play It Again drawing results in $250,000 prize

Taking a second chance paid off – to the tune of $250,000 – for a Prescott woman. When Ashley Johnson received an unexpected letter in the mail explaining that she won a lottery prize in the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery’s Play It Again drawing, she immediately thought it was a scam.

Johnson said she didn’t believe it until she saw her name listed on the website and then called the number listed in the letter.

Johnson plans to buy a car, pay bills, and make a down payment on a house with her winnings.
