Tate Gordon named Assistant Superintendent of Nashville School District

Monday, members of the Nashville School Board voted to accept Superintendent Doug Graham’s recommendation to re-hire the lists of certified and classified staff.

The board also accepted the resignation of high school special education teacher Lou Ann Vance.

Graham then recommended the board hire Tate Gordon as the new assistant superintendent and Kirby Adcock as assistant football coach and teacher.

Ashley Riggs was named the high school principal and Krista Parker was named the junior high principal.

Graham announced the district would be looking to fill the high school assistant principal position and the junior high head football coach position.
