NJHS Top Five School in Southwest Region for ELA Growth
Nashville Junior High School has been recognized by the Office for Education Policy at the University of Arkansas for demonstrating high growth on the ACT Aspire. The OEP creates an annual performance report to recognize schools with high student academic growth. Officials say that growth is the best indicator of the positive impact that schools are having on students. NJHS is listed as one of the top five schools in the southwest region for middle school English Language Arts ACT Aspire Growth. The school had 420 test takes in grades 7 through 9 for an ELA Content Growth score of 82.2.
