Hope resident died Wednesday in accident on I-30

The Arkansas State Police is reporting one of the fatalities from the series of accidents Wednesday afternoon on Interstate 30 was that of a Hope resident. 65 year old George Thomas Adamson III, was the driver of a Dodge 3500 pickup that was traveling near the 85 mile marker. His vehicle struck a tree after leaving the roadway in an attempt to avoid another accident.
