Bond revoked for violating no contact order
Xavier
White of Nashville had his bond revoked in the Howard County Circuit
Court on Wednesday.
According
to court records, White was in court after several witnesses in his
case reported he had multiple interactions with his victims, which
violated a no contact order.
White
has been charged with battery in the first degree.
According
to court records, White allegedly shot 23-year-old Terrell Grundy.
Witnesses said White rode a bike to a residence on Henderson Street
and demanded money. When Grundy told White they didn’t have any money
to give him, White walked back to his bike, pulled a gun and shot
Grundy in the midsection.
White
is currently being held in the Howard County Jail.
