HCCC Recycling Center Change

The recycling program at the Howard County Children’s Center has announced that it will no longer be accepting plastics of any kind, effective immediately. This includes water bottles, milk jugs, juice bottles, laundry bottles and other types of plastic.

The center says it hopes to once again be able to accept plastics at some point in the future.

Other recyclable items..including newspaper, cardboard, office waste, clothes, shoes, purses, hats & toys will continue to be accepted.
