Nashville City Park and Recreation Director speaks at Rotary Meeting

Last Wednesday, Nashville City Park and Recreation Director, Megan Floyd was the guest speaker at the Nashville Rotary Club meeting.

Floyd announced the park would be hosting four summer camps starting Monday. She said the first camp is a football/flag football camp for children 4 to 15. Floyd said the camp will be held from 4 to 7 pm at Scrapper stadium.

Floyd said there will be a basketball camp at Whiteside Gym July 10 through the 14 from 4 to 7 pm, a baseball and softball camp July 24 through 28 on Futrell Field and the baseball complex from 4 to 7 pm and a soccer camp, August 7 through 11 on the park soccer fields from 4 pt 7 pm.

The cost of each camp is $25 per camper.
