Hope Police Investigating Robbery at Local Credit Union

On the morning of July 7, around 8:40 a.m., officers with the Hope Police Department responded to a reported robbery at the Red River Federal Credit Union, located on Walmart Drive in Hope.

According to initial reports, two suspects approached employees who were servicing an ATM and stole an undisclosed amount of money. The suspects are described as two Black males wearing dark-colored clothing and facemasks.

The suspects fled the scene in a white Nissan Altima, which had previously been reported stolen out of Texarkana, Texas. The vehicle was later located by officers and is currently being processed for evidence.

At this time, no arrests have been made.
