Tollette Community Health Fair Set for Saturday

The community of Tollette is preparing for a day focused on health, resources, and family fun during the upcoming Tollette Community Health Fair, set for this Saturday, August 16, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Tollette First Church of God.

We recently had the opportunity to speak with Tollette native Tracy Turner, one of the organizers of the event.

In Part One of our interview, Turner shared that her motivation to serve comes from her roots and family values.

She went on to explain the purpose of the event and emphasized the importance of connecting the community with professional resources.

Turner also highlighted several of the service providers that will be on-site, offering a range of services including health screenings, career counseling, and youth activities.

The Community Health Fair is free and open to the public, with giveaways every hour, healthy snacks, and a KidZ Zone for children.
