This week, we caught up with Nashville Scrappers Head Football Coach Brad Chesshir to talk about the team’s recent game against the Dardanelle Sand Lizards and what lies ahead as the conference schedule kicks off.

Coach Chesshir began by reflecting on last week’s bye, saying it came at the perfect time to help the team regroup and make some important adjustments.

As for the game against Dardanelle, Chesshir acknowledged it was a tough matchup — and said the team got to learn not to play to the standard of their opponent.

Chesshir also pointed out several moments in the game where things could’ve gone differently.
