Scrapperettes Score Big in Lonoke Benefit Game

The Nashville Scrapperettes hit the court Saturday in Lonoke for a benefit game against the Lonoke Lady Jackrabbits — and it was all Scrapperettes from start to finish.

Nashville came out strong, jumping to a 27 to 2 lead in the first quarter and extending that advantage to 44 to 6 by halftime. The Scrapperettes kept up the pressure in the third, leading 62 to 18, and went on to seal the win with a 62 to 27 final score.

The team now looks ahead to this week’s preseason tournament in Conway, where they’ll continue to tune up before the regular season begins.
