Judge Howard Highlights Roads, Eclipse Impact, and Economic Growth

Recently, we had the opportunity to speak with Pike County Judge Eddie Howard, who provided an end-of-year review for Pike County.

During this portion of the interview, Judge Howard began by sharing what he is most proud of as the county looks back on the past year.

Howard also discussed the county’s roadwork, including the average amount of paving completed each year.

He went on to talk about the solar eclipse, noting that it was a positive event for Pike County and brought benefits to the area.

To close out this part of the interview, Judge Howard shared that the county is looking to hire an economic development director for Pike County.
