Regroup Notification System Testing Continues in Howard County

Tuesday, KMTB and KNAS continued their conversation with Howard County Judge Brent Pinkerton about the launch of the county’s new mass notification system, Regroup, which is designed to enhance community safety.

In this portion of the interview, Judge Pinkerton said the county has been testing the Regroup system for the past couple of weeks and shared what he likes about the new platform.

Judge Pinkerton also emphasized that Regroup is a valuable resource for residents and noted that it does not cost anything to sign up.

Pinkerton went on to explain that a QR code will be made available through various media outlets to make signing up for the system quick and easy.

In addition, Pinkerton announced upcoming meeting dates and locations, where county officials will be available to assist residents with registering for Regroup.
