Pike County 4-H Announces Upcoming “Not So Newlywed Game” Event

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to speak with Shannon Ballard, Pike County’s 4-H Program Coordinator, along with Hallie Caldwell, Administrative Specialist, about an upcoming community event set for Friday February 6th. The Not So Newlywed Game will begin at 6 p.m. and is designed to support local 4-H programs.
Ballard opened the conversation by sharing information about the Pike County 4-H program and their role in serving youth throughout the community.
Ballard also noted this marks the third year the event has been held and explained how the idea for the Not So Newlywed Game originally came together.
Caldwell then provided details on ticket pricing and shared what attendees can expect from the evening’s menu.
Both Ballard and Caldwell also highlighted the silent auction, noting that several local businesses have donated items to support the cause.
Ballard added that entertainment during the event will be provided by 4-H members Ethan Pickett, Jaycee Heaston, Hadee Wilson, and Keeli Partee.
