Hope FFA Officers Share Experiences in Interview with KMTB and KNAS

Members of the Hope FFA Chapter recently participated in an interview with KMTB and KNAS to discuss their involvement in FFA and the opportunities the organization provides.

Taking part in the interview were Chapter President Hunter Godwin, a senior; Vice President Shelby Gleason, a senior; Reporter Ava McWilliams, a sophomore; Junior Advisor CheyAnne Biddle, a junior; and chapter advisor Ashley Rodden.

During the interview, Rodden spoke about the number of officers serving in the chapter and emphasized how encouraging and supportive members are of one another.

Godwin shared when he first joined FFA and explained why he enjoys being involved in the organization.

Gleason explained that CDE stands for Career Development Events and described what those competitions entail.

McWilliams discussed her experiences in FFA, including the events she participates in and how she placed at the district level.

Biddle described Leadership Development Events, or LDEs, explaining what they involve and how they complement CDE competitions.

In closing, Rodden said she is proud of the Hope FFA Chapter and their members for their hard work and accomplishments.
