Kindergarten Signing Day Set for March 12 at Nashville Primary School

Kindergarten Signing Day will take place on Thursday, March 12, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Nashville Primary School. Families are welcome to stop by at any time during the event.

Students entering kindergarten for the 2026–27 school year are invited to sign their official letter of intent, take a commemorative photo with a school administrator, and receive a free Nashville Primary School T-shirt. Families can also enjoy punch and Scrapper Cookies while celebrating this exciting milestone.

To be eligible for kindergarten, children must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2026.

Parents will also have the opportunity to begin the registration process during the event. To help streamline enrollment, please bring your child’s Social Security card, birth certificate, immunization records, and a current physical from a physician.

As part of Signing Day, students will participate in a brief screening designed to help school staff better understand each child’s academic needs prior to the start of school in the fall.

Incoming kindergarten students will also have the chance to meet the kindergarten teachers and begin building connections for a successful start to the school year.
