USDA Food Box Mobile Pantry Scheduled for Howard County

Residents in Howard County will have an opportunity to receive food assistance later this month as the Harvest Regional Food Bank brings their USDA Food Box Mobile Pantry to the area.
The distribution event is set for Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Church of Christ, located at 1420 W. Sunset St. in Nashville.
The mobile pantry will provide USDA food boxes to the first 144 qualifying households. Organizers say recipients must be residents of Howard County and will need to present an updated driver’s license or photo identification along with proof of address.
The event is part of an ongoing effort to support local families and address food insecurity in the community. Officials emphasize the importance of such programs, noting that no one should have to go to bed hungry.
