Lights for Christ Event Set for Sunday at Nashville City Park

A community-wide event aimed at bringing people together in faith and fellowship will take place this Sunday in Nashville.

“Lights for Christ” is scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Nashville City Park, located at 1301 West Johnson Street.

KMTB and KNAS recently spoke with organizers Jacee Martin, Logan Pennington, and Carson Kirby about the upcoming event and what attendees can expect.

Martin began by explaining how the event first came together and the inspiration behind organizing a community gathering centered on faith.

Pennington highlighted the male keynote speakers for the evening, John Martin and Anderson George, who are set to share messages during the event.

Kirby added that refreshments will be available, including snow cones, and expressed hope for good weather to complement the outdoor event.

Organizers say the event is open to the public and encourage community members of all ages to attend.

Stay tuned for more from Martin, Pennington, and Kirby as they discuss the Young Adult Bible Study Group.
