Organizers Highlight Young Adult Fellowship Ahead of “Lights for Christ” Event

Local organizers are continuing to build excitement for the upcoming “Lights for Christ” event, set to take place at Nashville City Park this Saturday.
On Monday, KMTB and KNAS spoke with Jacee Martin, Logan Pennington, and Carsen Kirby about the event, with a focus on the young adult Bible study group connected to the gathering.
Martin began by discussing the purpose and impact of the young adult Bible study group, emphasizing its role in bringing people together.
Kirby shared that being part of the group has been a meaningful experience.
Pennington echoed those sentiments, saying it is encouraging to be surrounded by like-minded individuals.
In addition to fellowship opportunities, the “Lights for Christ” event will feature a series of speakers. Martin took time to recognize those who will be speaking.
The event will be held at Nashville City Park, with gates opening at 5:30 p.m. Attendees can enjoy a variety of activities including volleyball, pickleball, games, face painting, music, snow cones, and door prizes. Worship is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.
