Nashville Scrappers Dominate Fountain Lake in Conference Matchup

The Nashville Scrappers improved to 1 and 1 in conference play with a 49 to nothing victory over the Fountain Lake Cobras.

Head coach Shawn Jackson had high praise for his defense after they shut-out a team that scored 72 points the week before against the Bauxite Miners.

Nashville rushed for 187 yards and passed for another 197 for a total of 384 yards, however, the Scrapper had over a hundred yards in penalties.

This week, the Scrappers will host the Bauxite Miners for Homecoming.

This year’s Homecoming Court includes: Queen – Jacee Martin, Maid of Honor – Harleigh Hill, football maids – Natalie Nolte, Mercy Hagler, Gabby Williams, Addison Tate and Baylee Scoggin and the class maids are Caroline Dean, Jamie Wallace, Maddie Rodgers, Nadia Bretado and Leigha Thompson.
