Former Dierks School Board Member Jeffrey Mounts Reflects on Service and Challenges

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to speak with former Dierks School Board member Jeffrey Mounts about his time serving on the board and the experiences that shaped his leadership.

During the interview, Mounts discussed what motivated him to first run for a position on the school board and his desire to help make a difference within the district and community.

Mounts also reflected on some of the accomplishments and changes made during his time on the board, sharing what he is most proud of from his years of service.

He also spoke about some of the challenges the district faced during his tenure and how the board worked through difficult decisions and situations.
