Howard County Continues Road and Infrastructure Projects, Judge Says

Howard County Judge Brent Pinkerton says county crews have been busy with a variety of projects as work continues across the county heading into the summer months.

Speaking in an interview Thursday, Pinkerton provided an update on recent county operations, including ongoing infrastructure improvements and the financial resources being used to complete those projects.

The judge began by discussing several projects that have been underway and the funding sources that have helped cover associated expenses.

Pinkerton also highlighted road work being completed by county crews this week.

In addition to project updates, Pinkerton discussed the county’s sales tax fund and shared the current balance of the account.

Judge Pinkerton’s interview will continue Monday, when he will discuss plans for the summer months and provide an update on state aid funding available to the county.
