Nashville School Board Meeting
The Nashville School Board will consider allowing the junior/senior prom to be held off campus this year. Class sponsors and Principal Tate Gordon addressed the board last night with the request for the prom to be held at one of two local venues. Superintendent Doug Graham said if the board votes in January to allow the off campus prom, all other regulations that have previously been in place will continue to exist.
In personnel matters Monday, the board voted to transfer Amber Perez to a primary school secretary position. Cynthia Hernandez will fill the ESL Aide’s position and Tandie Ray was hired as junior high Science teacher.
