Howard County Fair Pageant Set for Aug. 15; Registration Deadline is Aug. 8

The Howard County Fair Association is inviting contestants from across the county to compete in the 2026 Miss Howard County Fair Pageant on Saturday, Aug. 15, at Sixth Street Auditorium in Nashville.
The pageant will begin at 6 p.m., with contestants asked to arrive by 5:30 p.m. Junior Miss and Miss contestants should arrive by 4 p.m. for interviews.
Competition is open to Howard County residents or students attending school in Howard County. Contestants will compete in age divisions ranging from Baby Miss (0-11 months) through Miss (18-23 years), with an open Little Mister division also available. Age divisions are based on each contestant’s age on the day of the pageant.
All contestants will compete in the beauty competition, while Junior Miss and Miss contestants will also participate in evening gown and interview competitions.
Side awards will be presented in each age division for Best Personality, Best Smile and Photogenic. Photogenic entries must be submitted as a 5×7 or 8×10 color or black-and-white photo that is unframed and labeled with the contestant’s name. Photos may be turned in at check-in or submitted with the application.
The entry fee is $65, payable by cash or check made out to the Howard County Fair Association. Registration forms and entry fees must be submitted by Aug. 8.
