Ridgeway Baptist Church Hosts 25th Annual Community Thanksgiving Day Dinner
This Thursday, Ridgeway Baptist Church will mark a special milestone as they host their 25th Annual Community Thanksgiving Day Dinner. The event, a cherished tradition, has been spearheaded by long time member Larry Elrod and other dedicated church members, and they are excited to continue serving the community this year.
Pastor Alan Cook shared with KMTB and KNAS that the church has been preparing for the event, which will be a drive-thru only format to ensure safety and convenience. The dinner will be served from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Pastor Cook revealed some of the delicious items that will be on the menu.
For those who are unable to pick up their meals, the church has made arrangements to ensure that no one is left out. Pastor Cook also provided details on how people can arrange for deliveries to their homes.
Pastor Cook expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to give back to the community, highlighting the significance of the event for both those who receive the meals and the volunteers who dedicate part of their Thanksgiving Day to serve others.
This Thanksgiving, Ridgeway Baptist Church’s tradition of serving meals to those in need will continue to make a lasting impact, showing the true spirit of giving.
