Mayor Larry Dunaway Discusses City Council Meeting and Key Updates
We recently had the opportunity to speak with Nashville Mayor Larry Dunaway about the November city council meeting. While the agenda was relatively light, Dunaway highlighted that the session was still productive and covered several important topics.
During part two of our conversation, Dunaway shared insights on the city’s budgeting process. He explained that the budgeting process begins around October, but as the year progresses, things are constantly evolving. According to the mayor, the process from October until the December council meeting is dynamic, with changes often occurring as the year draws to a close.
Dunaway also reflected on the year so far, noting that despite the ongoing work, it has been a good year overall.
In closing, Dunaway shared some positive news regarding the city’s solar project, a significant initiative aimed at promoting sustainable energy.
That was a moment with Mayor Dunaway. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming weeks.
