Scrappers Kick Off Annual ‘Conquer the Town’ Initiative

The Nashville Scrappers are officially underway with their annual “Conquer the Town” initiative, a tradition where players visit local businesses, hand out football schedules, and spend time interacting with members of the community ahead of the new season.
During last week’s Preseason Coaches Show, Head Coach Brad Chesshir talked about the start of the program and the importance of the team being visible throughout the community.
Coach Chesshir said this is one of the busiest times of the year for the program, with plenty of work still to be done over the next several weeks as the Scrappers prepare for the season opener.
Chesshir also praised his players for their commitment, saying this is a group that continues to put in the work year-round to improve both on and off the field.
Coming up in our next segment, Coach Chesshir talks about players stepping into bigger roles and the importance of building mental toughness as the Scrappers prepare for the 2026 season.
