Murfreesboro Woman Arrested on Drug Charges After Glenwood Traffic Stop

A 54-year-old Murfreesboro woman was arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop in Glenwood led to the discovery of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

According to the affidavit, Arkansas State Trooper Cody Rollins stopped a Toyota pickup on July 22 after a license plate check revealed the tag did not match the vehicle. During a search of the truck, authorities found a glass pipe commonly used to smoke methamphetamine.

Investigators later searched the residence of passenger Teri Dean under the terms of her search waiver. Deputies reported finding suspected methamphetamine, several glass smoking pipes, and a suspected psilocybin mushroom. According to the affidavit, Dean later admitted the drugs and paraphernalia found inside the home belonged to her.

Dean was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The charges are allegations, and Dean is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
