Judge Jessica Steel Gunter Reflects on New Term and Family Legacy

Recently, we had the opportunity to sit down with Judge Jessica Steel Gunter, a Nashville native, who was sworn in by Circuit Court Judge Bryan Chesshir for another term. In part two of our interview, Judge Gunter expressed her excitement about beginning this new chapter in her career, as well as the changes that have been made to the judicial system.

Judge Gunter also took a moment to highlight her great-great-great-grandfather, Thomas George Tucker Steel, who made one of his campaign announcements in 1878 in Arkansas.
