Texarkana Arkansas Police Arrest Man on Rape and Sexual Indecency Charges

The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department (TAPD) has arrested a man who was wanted on charges of rape and sexual indecency.

On January 8, Detective Corvette Phillips from the TAPD Criminal Investigation Division obtained a probable cause affidavit for the arrest of 50-year-old Randy Henry. Henry is facing two counts of rape and one count of sexual indecency with a child.

On January 13, at approximately 3:25 p.m., Henry turned himself in to law enforcement and was arrested in connection with the warrant.
