Outlaws Prepare for Homecoming Showdown with Murfreesboro

It’s Homecoming Week for the Dierks Outlaws, and the team is preparing for an important matchup against the Murfreesboro Rattlers.

We had the opportunity to speak with Dierks Head Football Coach Lantz Castleman, who started by talking about the Outlaws competing in a strong conference.

With Homecoming festivities underway, Castleman said he wants his players to enjoy the festivities, but when game time arrives, the focus needs to shift toward taking care of business on the field.

Castleman also pointed out that both Dierks and Murfreesboro understand there is plenty on the line when the two teams meet.

Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at the Holler. Tune in to 98.7 The Maverick for all the live coverage of tonight’s Homecoming matchup between the Dierks Outlaws and Murfreesboro Rattlers.
