Outlaws Set Their Sights on the Cup in Road Showdown Against Mineral Springs

The Dierks Outlaws hit the road tonight with their eyes on the prize as they take on the Mineral Springs Hornets in a battle for the cup. With kickoff set for 7 p.m., the Outlaws have an opportunity to test themselves against a tough opponent while taking another step forward as a team.

Head Coach Lantz Castleman says tonight’s matchup is about more than just competing for the cup. It’s also an opportunity for the Outlaws to get on the field, improve their game, and continue building as a team.

Castleman believes facing quality competition is an important part of a team’s growth. He emphasized the idea that iron sharpens iron, explaining that players want to be challenged and tested so they can continue to improve.

The Outlaws will face a Mineral Springs team that Castleman knows well. Having watched the Hornets compete throughout the years, he recognizes the challenge ahead and respects the opponent Dierks will face tonight.

For Castleman, bringing home the cup would be a special accomplishment, particularly as the head coach of the Dierks Outlaws. He says the opportunity to win it would mean the world to him, giving the team even more motivation heading into tonight’s contest.

Kickoff between the Dierks Outlaws and the Mineral Springs Hornets is set for 7 p.m. tonight. 98.7 The Maverick will have all the live coverage as the Outlaws look to bring the cup home to Dierks.
