Area Organizations Receive Grants

Several area organizations have received grants through Weyerhaeuser’s 2019 Giving Fund. The contributions include donations of six thousand 150 dollars each to the Dierks and Center Point Fire Departments. Dierks elementary and high schools each received ten thousand dollars. A donation of 24 hundred dollars each was given to the Nashville Police Department and Howard County Children’s Center. UA Cossatot received six thousand dollars. A 17 hundred dollar grant was given to the Bread of Life. Other grants funded by Weyerhaeuser included 12 hundred dollars to Horatio Elementary School and a one thousand dollar grant was presented to the Paxan Platt Memorial Fund.
