Ex-Pastor Pleads Guilty to Child Pornography, Gets 110-Year Prison Sentence
The Pike County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday afternoon that former Delight pastor, James Vincent Henry, plead guilty to11 counts of possession of child pornography and was sentenced to 110 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Henry received 10-years per count and the sentences will run consecutively.
Henry was charged with 20 counts of distributing, possessing or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child in August of 2024.
According to the arrest affidavit, an investigator with the Arkansas State Police reviewed material from the Kik mobile messaging app and Snapchat. The state police subpoenaed Windstream, South Central Connect and AT&T wireless service provider and discovered IP addresses for Henry residence, the Crossroads Assembly of God Church in Delight and his cellphone.
A search warrant was executed at the residence in Delight and the church and seized numerous electronic devices from both locations.
Henry was arrested in November of 2024.
