Community Comes Together for Annual Easter Egg Hunt in Mineral Springs
Families from across the community gathered at Bridgeman Park on Saturday for the City of Mineral Springs’ annual Easter Egg Hunt. The event drew a large crowd as kids enjoyed hunting for eggs and had the chance to meet beloved characters like the Easter Bunny and even the Grinch.
The festive atmosphere was matched by a spirit of recognition and appreciation for community service.
Mayor Bobby Tullis took a moment during the event to speak about the importance of the gathering and praised the continued improvements being made to Bridgeman Park. He also gave a special shout-out to City Treasurer Denise Juniel for her work and dedication.
Heath Wallace, Market President of Diamond State Bank and a proud member of the community, also stepped up to commend Juniel for her unwavering commitment to Mineral Springs and highlighted the role Diamond Bank plays in supporting local initiatives.
Wallace didn’t stop there—he took a moment to recognize longtime Diamond Bank employee Sheila Philips, who has faithfully served the institution for 44 years.
To wrap things up, Denise Juniel addressed the crowd, thanking her organization and acknowledging several members in attendance who help make community events like this one possible.
