Pike County Sheriff’s Office Issues Community Notification on Sex Offender Residency

The Pike County Sheriff’s Office has issued a public notification regarding the residency of a registered sex offender moving into the area. Authorities have confirmed that Timothy Tigue, a Level 3 (High Risk) sex offender, will be residing at 277 John Ashley Road in Murfreesboro.

According to police records, Tigue was convicted of 1st-degree sexual assault. Officials emphasize that this is a community notification only and that Tigue is not currently wanted by any law enforcement agency.

The Sheriff’s Office said-quote, “Our intention is to inform, not alarm.” The community is encouraged to remain aware and informed, and any concerns can be directed to the Pike County Sheriff’s Office.

Level 3 offenders are classified as high-risk and are subject to public notification under Arkansas law.
