Nashville Rotary Club Hears Information About The Call
Jodie King of The Call of Howard County spoke to the Nashville Rotary club on Wednesday and explained what the Call of Howard County does locally.
King said the Call has trained 15 families since 2017 to be foster families. She said they normally hold their training classes in the spring. She also reported that nine kids have been adopted by the Call recruited families.
King said there are several ways you can help besides becoming a foster family. She said you can volunteer, donate, educate and pray.
The Call will be holding a Mom/Son dance has a fundraiser on January 25th.
King said they will also hold their 4th annual 5K this year the night before the Peach Blossom Festival.
