Nashville Schools Receive Food Program Grant

The Nashville School District has been awarded a nine thousand dollar grant by the “No Kid Hungry” program that helps schools and communities feed children during the Covid-19 health emergency.

The grant, one of the first awarded in Arkansas, will be used to support transportation costs and the equipment and supplies needed to deliver meals to students at a variety of sites over the past several weeks and now to offer a five day box of food for pick up.
