Pike County Circuit Court Back In Session
In person court proceedings are being allowed again by the state’s supreme court. For the 9th West Judicial District, Pike County Circuit Court hosted the first session Monday.
21 year old Jesse Jackson of Delight entered a not guilty plea to a felony count of Theft of Property and two other misdemeanor counts. Authorities have also filed a revocation petition against Jackson in regards to an Escape charge that he plead guilty to in December of last year.
Revocation petitions were also filed Monday against 56 year old Kevin James Wright of Murfreesboro. An arrest warrant was issued against Wright who was previously charged with Firearms by Certain Persons.
Revocation proceedings were also started Monday against 28 year old Michael Chance Hale of Nashville. An arrest warrant was issued against Hale who was originally charged with drug and weapons possession counts. He plead guilty to those charges in March of last year.
A revocation petition against 25 year old Darrell Ray Moser of Murfreesboro was filed in February. He did not appear for his court proceedings Monday and a Failure to Appear warrant was issued for his arrest.
