Traffic Stop leads to drug arrest

A traffic stop by Howard County Sheriff’s deputies has led to the arrest of a 50 year old Nashville woman on drug related charges. A vehicle driven by Gigi Schilling was stopped by Deputy Trent Coffman. Authorities were given consent to search the vehicle, which they say, led to the discovery of a clear plastic baggie containing a white crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine. Police reports say a glass smoke pipe was also found.
Schilling has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
