Higher than average early voter turnout

Howard County officials reported a large number of voters at the polls Monday for the opening day of early voting. County Clerk Keri Teague said 450 ballots were cast Monday at the Carter Day Center in Nashville.
Early voting continues each weekday this month from 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. Both Saturday dates of October 24th and 31st will be open for voting as well, from 10 A.M. to 4 p.m.
The last day for early voting will be Monday, November 2nd from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
