Glenwood man sentenced to ADC
A Glenwood man has been sentenced to 8 years in prison, with a two year suspended sentence in Pike County Circuit Court. 25 year old Brandon Davis was charged earlier this year with two counts of Theft of Property and a single count of possessing drug paraphernalia.
Probation was given in three additional cases Monday. 21 year old Chance Gatlin, of Langely, was sentenced to five years probation and fined $1,500 dollars on felony Assault and misdemeanor Battery charges. 26 year old Reid Jordan of Soper, Oklahoma, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $1,500 dollars. Jordan was charged with a felony count of Breaking and Entering, along with a misdemeanor charge of theft of property and 42 year old Christopher Wesson, of Murfreesboro, was placed on four years probation for charges including theft of property and forgery.
